These terms apply to all users of the domains nangi.store. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Nangi Fine Jewelry AS (henceforth: Nangi; may be referred to as 'us' or 'we') and visits to the site. Nangi reserves the right of these terms and conditions.
www.nangi.store is owned and operated by Color To The People AS. We are a company registered in Norway and our address is Bygdøy Alle 111, 0273 Oslo. Our company registration number is 919 195 584.
Although Nangi strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, Nangi will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. Nangi, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery time is specified under your chosen piece of jewelry. The delivery time varies since not all styles may be in stock at the moment of purchase. Some pieces are custom made to order and thus requires production time. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the item is on its way to you. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of our production window. Should you require express delivery; let us know by email and we will try our best to accommodate your wish. We truly appreciate your support of our products. Should any issue arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
Import customs, duties & taxes
Customs and import duty will be pre-paid by Nangi Fine Jewelry and you will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.
Lifetime Warranty & Service
Every piece is carefully hand crafted and we offer a lifetime guarantee on our jewelry should there be a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects can include loose diamonds or loose prongs at time of pick-up/delivery. We will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defects at no charge.
Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage. Colored gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear. Please purchase a private insurance policy to protect your piece against damage, theft, etc.
If we find that work has been done to the piece by a third party after purchase, our lifetime guarantee is void. If you find any fault in the original craftsmanship of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Note that we can always assist you with bespoke repairs, including repolishing and recut of gemstones and diamonds, general service and cleaning.

We are delighted to offer you a complimentary yearly Jewelry Maintenance Service. This service is designed to help you keep your cherished jewelry looking as radiant as the day you first received it.
Service Overview: Once a year, you are entitled to a professional cleaning and repolishing of your jewelry, free of charge. Our skilled craftsmen will also check the overall condition of the piece.
Any additional repair or modification requests beyond cleaning and repolishing may incur additional charges (e.g., loose diamonds, loose prongs or missing pavé stones). We will contact you to discuss any such charges before proceeding.
Service Location: To use this service, please bring your jewelry item(s) to our studio located in Oslo, Norway. Our skilled craftsmen will handle your pieces with the utmost care, guaranteeing that they are returned to you in their best possible condition.
If you reside outside of Oslo and are unable to visit our studio in person, you may still take advantage of our yearly Jewelry Maintenance Service. However, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) to us and having them returned to you.
We’re happy to accept returns on all domestic and international orders of unworn, unmarked earrings, necklaces, and rings within 90 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of size-adjusted rings, wedding bands or customized pieces.
If you decide to return your Nangi purchase, please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping label. Buyer must pay shipping both ways, and this amount will be deducted from the refund. Furthermore, please note that any duties and taxes that were initially covered by Nangi will now be the buyer's responsibility and will also be deducted from the refund amount.
The piece(s) will be inspected once received and must be in its original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Nangi Fine Jewelry packaging.
We can arrange an exchange as long as you’re happy to cover the costs of the return for your original order and delivery of your new one. Note that size-adjusted rings and custom pieces are not included in this policy as they are made just for you. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
At Nangi Fine Jewelry we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you need repair on any jewelry piece purchased from Nangi Fine Jewelry, please email us. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Nangi does not collect or store any credit card information from our online customers. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us with other information that is publicly available.
Our Quality Standard
We stand behind the quality of our products and we therefore stamp all of our jewelry with a hallmark and our drop stamp. The hallmark “585”/”750” is a fineness stamp that indicates the amount of gold we use (58,5% i.e. 14K gold and 75,0% i.e. 18K gold). The Nangi drop stamp next to the hallmark guarantees that we practice what we preach and use the specified karat.
