Hello, conscious shoppers! This Black Week, we're flipping the script on the shopping frenzy and taking a stand by calling it Green Week. We believe in quality over quantity, and we're skipping the Black Friday madness. Why? Because we care about the environment, craftsmanship, and creating pieces that last a lifetime.
To understand why we choose a different path from Black Friday, we spoke with Jenny, founder and designer at Nangi. Below, she shares the thoughts behind Nangi’s approach to sustainability and quality.
Why does Nangi choose to skip the Black Friday sales and focus on Green Week instead?
“It’s about our values and what we want to communicate to our customers. We create jewelry that’s meant to last a lifetime, not just follow passing trends. By avoiding the Black Friday mentality of mass production and overconsumption, we prefer to focus on quality and sustainability. Green Week gives us the opportunity to highlight the timeless nature of the jewelry we make—pieces that can be passed down and create lasting memories.”
How does sustainability influence the design process at Nangi?
“Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. From choosing lab-grown diamonds to how we work with our goldsmiths and suppliers, we are mindful of creating jewelry with the least possible negative impact on the environment. I truly believe that luxury can be responsible, and that’s what we aim to demonstrate through Green Week—that jewelry can be both beautiful and sustainable.”
In other words - while others are racing for the best deals, we're taking a breather. Mass-producing and slashing prices might be the norm, but it's not our style. Green Week is about embracing a slower, more thoughtful approach to shopping.

Our fine jewelry isn't just about looking good; it's about feeling good too. Every piece is crafted with care, using materials that don't harm the planet. No shortcuts, just sustainable sparkle.
Did you know that we only use lab-grown diamonds in our jewelry? The diamond mining industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. For each carat diamond made, 250 tons of soil is removed, 500 liters of water is used, and the air is majorly polluted by all the machines and vehicles handling and transporting the items.

Fast fashion may come and go, but our jewelry is designed to stand the test of time. We're talking pieces that become a part of your story, not just a seasonal trend. It's an investment in style and sustainability.

Our pieces are built to endure, becoming heirlooms that bridge the gap between generations. It's not just an investment in your style; it's a gift to the future, a symbol of enduring beauty and craftsmanship.
Each piece in our collection is a work of art, not a mass-produced commodity. Our artisans pour their skill and passion into every design, ensuring you get something truly unique and made to perfection.
This Green Week, join us in redefining the way we shop for jewelry. Let's choose elegance, sustainability, and pieces that shine with a timeless glow.
