Christmas Delivery Times & Opening Hours

Are you looking to get your loved one something special for Christmas? If so, you've come to the right place. Almost all of our Nangi pieces are one-offs, ensuring that your special someone will receive a Christmas gift that is truly one-of-a-kind. However, since some of our jewelry is made-to order, please keep in mind our delivery times. Don't miss out on getting them what they want! Be sure to place your orders by the dates below to receive them in time for 24/12.

Are you gifting a ring, and need it resized?

Feel free to order one of our in-stock rings in a standard size — they fit most people, and we offer free resizing after the holidays. This applies to all rings purchased in size 54 or any of our stocked sizes. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

If your ring requires resizing, the usual delivery time is 2–3 weeks. However, during this special holiday season, our goldsmiths are working extra hours and the turnaround is faster. To ensure delivery by December 24th, your order must be placed by December 5th.

Are you gifting a ring, but unsure of the ring size?

If you don't need a ring size adjustment, or wish to wait with this till after you've gifted the ring to be 100% the resizing will be accurate, your order must be placed by December 19th for domestic orders, and December 18th for international orders. Oslo orders can be placed and picked up in our Oslo Studio Store until December 23rd.

The best option if you're on the lookout for a ring is therefore to buy the ring in its "ready to ship" size, and have it size-adjusted after the holidays. This is ideal if you're unsure about the ring size, or if you're in a hurry. It should also be noted that the majority of our "ready-to-ship" pieces are available in EU size 54. This is the most common ring size, and typically fits most women.

Ready-to-ship items will typically reach you 2-4 working days after your order is placed. If you find the perfect piece while visiting our Oslo Showroom, you are of course more than welcome to bring it with you when you leave.

Keep in mind that our earrings, necklaces and pendants don't require resizing, and are therefore great gift options!

Our Oslo Showroom @ Bygdøy Allé 111 is open by appointment Monday through Sunday. On Thursdays, you can visit us without an appointment from 11:00 to 18:00. Drop by and find the perfect gift in a serene and festive atmosphere!
